Abstract

The Welsh Government has a requirement to establish a framework of Suppliers for ‘Storage, Dispatch and Fulfilment Services’ for marketing documents, various promotional and informational materials, educational resources, and Events and Production materials used to promote Wales both within Wales, the UK and overseas. There is also a requirement to handle the fulfilment of the Welsh Governments many campaigns, including managing a database of consumers and providing accurate reporting and statistics.
