This period allows interested parties to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Such additional information should be requested from the addressee found in I.1). If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the (for Public Sector)Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No 102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). VII.2) Information about modifications
VII.2.1) Description of the modifications
To modify and extend the existing framework agreement DN201548 for the provision of education and or care to young people with special education needs and disabilities (SEND) on behalf of Yorkshire and Humber regional partners by three months until the 30 June 2021 as permitted under the under Public Contracts Regulations 2015, 72 (1) (c). Including DN374555 for new entrants to the framework.
