Translink is establishing a framework for the delivery of NI Railway Auxiliary Competency courses to Translink staff and Contractors all over the United Kingdom. The purpose of the framework is to deliver Northern Ireland Railway Rulebook and auxiliary competency courses to the client’s employees, contractors and consultants. The training courses to be provided by the supplier will include but will not be limited to:
Personal trackside safety, personal trackside safety – (conversion course from network rail), lookout, track safety co-ordinator, emergency operator, hand signaller, engineering supervisor, person-in-charge of a possession, points operator, road rail vehicle operator, road rail vehicle controller, bridge strike nominee all courses will also require the delivery of refresher courses for re-certification. Your proposal must be submitted within the eTendersNI portal, via this CfT. No other method of submission will be accepted.
