Abstract

Yn bresennol mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn comisiynu darparwr annibynnol i gefnogi trigolion Gwynedd i reoli eu Taliadau Uniongyrchol mewn ffordd sydd yn eu cynorthwyo i wneud dewisiadau am y ffordd y maent eisiau byw, ac i’w galluogi hwy i reoli pwy sy’n eu cynorthwyo gyda beth, sut a phryd. Mae’r cytundeb cyfredol yn dod i ben ar 04.09.2021 ac rydym awyddus i ddeall mwy am yr ystod o gefnogaeth all y farchnad ei gynnig ynghlwm a thaliadau uniongyrchol. Dros yr wythnosau nesaf byddwn yn edrych i gael gwell dealltwriaeth o’r hyn sydd ar gael yn y farchnad, fel gallwn ystyried unrhyw welliannau a dileu unrhyw rhwystron i gystadleuaeth. Gwynedd Council is currently commissioning an independent provider to support Gwynedd residents in managing their Direct Payments in a way that helps them make choices about the way they want to live, and to enable them to control who helps them with what, how and when. The current contract ends on 04.09.2021 and we are keen to understand more about the range of support the market can offer in regards to direct payments. Over the coming weeks we will be looking to get a better understanding of what is available in the market, so that we can consider any improvements and remove any barriers to competition.
