These works are to completely replace large sections of railings & handrails around Llandinam building

The works comprise: -

• Erection of security fencing & barriers

• Erection of scaffolds

• Remove & dispose of existing railings & handrails

• Replace coping stones

• Construct small area of reinforced concrete hard-standing

• Fabrication of galvanised railings & powder coated handrails

• Installation of galvanised railings & powder coated handrails

The works are being funded by the University's 2017/18 budget.

In order to give contractors the best opportunity to complete the works, access to the site can begin from June 5th.

However, any Interim Payment for materials & works can not be made prior to August 1st.
