Abstract

The purpose of the requirement is to procure and implement an improved LIMS. The new LIMS software solution will better cover the entire sample lifecycle from initial planning, scheduling and collection through to highly efficient laboratory analysis, with automated workflows and integrated instruments, and final reporting to NRW end users. Along with emerging technologies, such as passive sampling and sondes radio detection equipment, the new system will allow us to provide high quality environmental testing and analysis to effectively process a wide range of environmental sample types (e.g. water, soil, biota and sediment etc) in fulfilling our regulatory obligations. It will also enhance the development of the commercial side of the Laboratory. CPV: 48000000, 48000000, 48000000, 48000000.
