Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council wishes to engage the services of a forward thinking and innovative Leasing Management Consultants to provide specialist skills, advice, guidance and resources to assist in the facilitation of the market place on the Authorities behalf and to also assist the Authority in managing asset financing arrangements as specified within the Invitation to Tender documentation.

The anticipated term of the contract is two years from 1st April 2019 with the possible extension of a further one year period.

This Procurement exercise is being run by the Authority's e-tendering portal Bravo Solutions https://etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk.

All documentation has been uploaded to enable direct access following registration.

Deadlines for submissions is 12 noon Monday 4th March 2019 with clarifications allowed until 5:00pm on Monday 25th February 2019. Successful company will be expected to attend a pre-contract meeting on Monday 11th March 2019.

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the Authority’s economic and social objectives. Accordingly, contract performance conditions may relate in particular to social and environmental considerations.

Bidders will be required to demonstrate their previous approach/experience in delivering Community Benefits and are required to submit a Method Statement in the form of a “Community Benefits Plan” setting out how they will incorporate and deliver “Community Benefits” through this appointment. Please note this WILL not be scored but may form part of the Terms & Conditions of this project.
