Description of the goods or services required

Tai Calon wish to appoint an experienced and competent Employers Agent (EA) under a RICS Standard Form of Consultants Appointment, to manage demolition and new build projects and lead the Professional Team and Design and Build Contractors to engender a spirit of mutual co-operation to successfully deliver projects.

The EA is to be a single entity and will familiarise themselves with the work already started at stages 0, 1 and 2. The EA will work from this base and carry out the Employers Agent role for Tai Calon throughout the project lifecycle covering the completion of RIBA Stage 2 through to Stage 6. The EA will provide Tai Calon with continuity of professional services throughout the project.
