Title
Invitation to Tender for the Provision of ‘Estimation of societal values for Advanced Therapy Medici

Description of the goods or services required
The requirement is for a consultant / consultancy to work on behalf of the Welsh Blood Service within the MW-ATTC programme to develop the work as described below for a period of 4 months, starting from March 2021 through to and including June 2021 for the completion of Phase 1 (Phase 1 not exceeding 30% of total project costs and with the option to extend into Phases 2 ,3 and 4 for further 7 months, subject to funding) in order to estimate societal value for Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products via the application of Family Reported Outcome Measures while adopting Valued Based Health Care principles and to develop a White Paper: Family Reported Outcomes in the estimation of societal value of ATMP’s.

The supplier will be required to supply guidance / advisory services with appropriate expert knowledge and skills to undertake the tasks required;
• Develop / identify a validated ATMP Family Reported Outcome Measure tool.
• Identify suitable cohort of adult patients about to undertake Advanced Therapy treatment, establish consent and establish a family subgroup to undertake survey.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Production and dissemination of a peer reviewed White Papers on the ‘Estimation of societal value for Advanced Therapeutic Medicinal Products’
