Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

The Council is seeking to establish a framework agreement in respect of grounds maintenance services for various activities within its property portfolio throughout the Craven, Harrogate and Selby areas. This procurement will deliver a prime provider to the Council for the delivery of all Grounds Maintenance activities to commence from 1.4.2016. The activities covered in this framework agreement will include, but are not limited to: Grass cutting, Bed and border maintenance, Line marking of sports fields and yards, Hedge cutting Weed control. The framework area mirrors the existing Borough and District boundaries within North Yorkshire of: Craven, Harrogate & Selby.
