Additional Information

Framework agreement period: 01 February 2016 to 31 January 2018, with an option to extend for a period of up to 24 months.

Value of contract/s in section II.1 is approximate/estimated annual spend under the framework agreement across both lots (value subject to change).

Award criteria for Lot 1: The Council undertook a 'quality evaluation', based on the assessment of 11 Method Statement Questions. Framework agreements were subsequently awarded to all tenderers attaining a minimum score in the quality evaluation.

Award criteria for Lot 2: The Council initially undertook a 'quality evaluation', based on the assessment of 11 Method Statement Questions. In the quality evaluation, tenderers were required to achieve a minimum score in order to proceed to the 'price evaluation'. The Council subsequently awarded framework agreements on the basis of the price evaluation only.
