II.2.4) Description of the procurement
A three year framework with an option to extend 12 months, to provide support for future consultations that Qualifications Wales intends to conduct which may include any of the following elements.
(a) Designing and hosting:
- an online survey to support the standard version of the consultation
- an online survey to support the young people’s version of the consultation
(b) Producing:
- a young people’s interactive PDF version of the consultation
- an easy-read interactive PDF version of the consultation
(c) Analysing the responses (both in Welsh and English) from all formats of the consultation, to include:
- standard version of the consultation
- young people’s version
- easy read version
- any responses received in a non-standard format, such as letters
(d) Producing outputs from each consultation analysis for external audiences that summarise the key findings, to include:
- detailed analysis of findings
- summary of findings
- young people’s version of the report
