The agreement will be available for use by NPS Member Organisations, Qualifications Wales, Estyn, WCVA, ONS, BBC Cymru, S4C, all Schools and Educational Establishments, Town and Community Councils, Housing Associations, and Voluntary Organisations within the City and County Boundaries of Wales. Welsh Public Sector organisations that are not named above, but sign up to the NPS during the term of the agreement will be allowed to use the Agreement as NPS members. Further details of organisations that can utilise this framework can be found in the contract documentation.
