Abstract

Lot 13 will establish potential providers of data collection services in relation to health and/or determinants of health of the general population or specific sub groups for the purpose of improving health and reducing health inequality.

The data will be used for a variety of purposes including but not limited to supporting programs of work that deliver evidence and intelligence in diet and nutrition, epidemiology, population health, health and healthcare variation, morbidity and mortality for diseases, risk factors and wider determinants of health.

Specific products will then be commissioned that will vary in scope, complexity or size dependent upon the nature of what is already known and the topic/subject area.

For each specific product commissioned, a commissioning brief will be provided specifying the scope and size of work expected the work deliverables, contract value and an expected time-frame for completion.
