The Authority is seeking an Organisation which is a Registered Body for the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and can demonstrate extensive experience in providing up to date guidance to clients in relation to DFE guidelines and DBS legislation with an excellent track record in customer service.
The tender is being led by Flintshire County Council with the provision that the winning bidder will also offer the same rates for Denbighshire County Council, who will be included in the tender notice should they wish to use the subsequent arrangement.
The agreement will run for a period of 3 years with an option for an additional year.
