Job Support Wales (JSW) is a new programme which will commence delivery in April 2020. The programme is aimed at individuals with barriers to employment. It will replace ReAct; Jobs Growth Wales; the Employability Skills Programme and Traineeships.
This ITT has been issued under the provisions of the light touch regime, implemented through regulations 74 - 77 as applied to Schedule 3 services of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) for the procurement of the Framework.

The 500,000,000 GBP is the maximum spend for the framework, including during the optional extension period, and includes potential to increase delivery volumes post Brexit should ESF funded projects cease to be viable and/or the programmes need to be expanded to accommodate significant changes to the economy, as stated in the procurement documents.
