Swansea University seeks to appoint a framework supplier for the provision of Audio Visual Supplies and Associated Services (AV) for a period of 2 years with 2 optional extension periods of 12 months each at the University’s discretion.
This will be a framework agreement awarded to a single source supplier. The AV Framework is for design, supply and installation services, and additionally supply-only services.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
This will be a framework agreement awarded to a single source supplier. The AV Framework is for design, supply and installation services, and additionally supply-only services.
The supplier will design a range of audio visual solutions, supply and install equipment, including control system programming, subsequently providing after sales and warranty service. In addition, the supplier will provide supply-only services.
The provision is to meet the requirements at dual campuses; Singleton Park Campus and Bay Campus. The scope encompasses current facilities and new build fit out requirements, which may include new rooms/buildings; refurbished rooms; repurposed rooms and upgraded rooms.
The supplier will need to be capable of commencing provision of solutions prior to the start of the next academic year (September 2019 – for a full list of dates see www.swansea.ac.uk/study/semesterandtermdates/201920/ ) and be able to work around academic term times to ensure minimum disruption to the student experience.
