Abstract

NPT Homes is seeking to appoint six contractors to a three year Framework Agreement. It is anticipated that work will be allocated in packages through ‘direct award’ and the work content will be based on packages of approximately 100- 150 properties. No contractor will be directly awarded more than one package at a time. Individual ‘call-off’ contracts raised under the Framework Agreement can commence at any time after the commencement date of the Framework Agreement. It is at NPT Homes Ltd. sole discretion when ‘call-off’ contracts will be awarded. CPV: 45321000, 45320000, 45260000, 45211300, 45261920, 45261900.
