The Group intends to establish a contract with suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the provision of Occupational Health and Health Surveillance Service. The Group is a provider of housing, care and support and student accommodation located across Wales, with few projects in the South West England region along the M4 corridor up to and including Swindon. Though it is envisaged that the Contract will be provided primarily across all of Wales.The Group has head offices located in both Newport and Swansea. This agreement shall be available to be all geographical locations of the Group, delivery and requirements for any such orders will be as per instruction and order. The purpose of the Contract is to provide a high quality and cost effective service(s) to the Group’s staff members. The contract duration will be for a period of two years with an option to extend annually for two further 12 month periods (2+1+1)
