Establish a framework of Cleaning organisations. The framework will cover the Yorkshire and Humberside area and cover all types of cleaning requirements and will primarily be used by the Red Kite Learning Trust, although the framework will be open to all Public Sector Bodies (and any future successors to these organisations) based in the Yorkshire and Humberside area.

Total quantity or scopeIt is anticipated that a minimum of 5 Contractors will be appointed per lot area. All projects can either be ‘called off’ from a schedule of rates or ‘further competed’ with each Cleaning organisation within that regional area to which the project requirement is located between appointed Contractors.
The framework Lot areas:
— Lot 1 — East Riding and North Lincolnshire (NUTS Area UKE1).
— Lot 2 — North Yorkshire (NUTS Area UKE2).
— Lot 3 — South Yorkshire (NUTS Area UKE3).
— Lot 4 — West Yorkshire (NUTS Area UKE4).
The framework agreement will be established for a period of 3 years from 1.8.2017, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory performance. |
