The deadline for the submissions of requests to be invited to participate is midnight 16.6.2017.

A Bidder Open Day will take place on Tuesday 6th June 10:30 at the Winter Garden, Compton Street, Eastbourne, BN21 4PB for potential bidders to be able to speak to the Council and acquire further information to further determine their interest in the project. Bidders that pass the SQ will be shortlisted for the submission of initial tender proposals. EBC may award the contract following initial tenders but reserves the right not to do so. EBC anticipates using a staged procedure to reduce the number of tenders to be negotiated. If EBC does not award after the initial tender then a number of bidders will be selected for further negotiation before final tenders are submitted after which it is intended that the preferred operator will be chosen.
