Monmouth RECS Feasibility Study

A suitably qualified consultant is required to survey an area in Monmouthshire to include Monmouth, Skenfrith, Newcastle, Dingestow and Trellech, in order to identify viable areas that, by natural flood prevention measures, would reduce surface water run off and would simultaneously produce renewable energy in the form of wood fuel or electricity from micro hydro-electric installations, preferably for community benefit.
