Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council requires a suitable organisation to lease and manage the soon to be re-furbished former Plaza Cinema, situated at Talbot Road, Port Talbot, SA13 1DH. The new facility will include space to house a café, with scope to include a training kitchen, office/business incubator units for sub-let, activity space including a multi use hall and a separate area suitable for use as a gym, as well as two retail units to the front of the building.

The lease and the operating agreement will be for a period of 25 years with five year break clauses and an option in favour of both parties to terminate on six months’ notice. In the event that either the lease or the operating agreement is terminated, the other will also terminate.
