Swansea Local Authority would like to appoint a service to work with the ALN Unit (ALNU) department, relevant institutions as well as parents/ carers to put in place and deliver a process that aims to avoid disagreements as well as resolve disagreements when they occur at the earliest opportunity, as outlined in the ALNET Act 2018.
