The National Library of Wales is seeking a solution to deliver 350,000 digitised video and sound items (160TB) for viewing in four locations of a new Broadcast Archive. Three locations wil have 10 terminals and a fourth location will have 30 terminals to search and view the archive.
The solution will also need to include a separate web service to display the metadata and a selection (1500 items) of the material online, and will need to integrate with NLW's other systems and workflows.
This solution is for a part of a project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund
