Abstract

SBRI COE invite quotations that meet the following specification from organisations, individuals or consortium that can carry out the proposed activities detailed in this document. The successful bidder will provide advice on the brand identity; associated materials and website design which will support the SBRI COE website objectives The Provider will be required to: • Provide a standalone website to attract potential collaborative partners. • Design a style for the website which is contemporary, stylish and easy to use. • Design a navigation tree for the website which fits with, and builds upon, the above style • Create a suite of icons which can be used within the website and is mobile/tablet friendly • Create a secure, password protected staff-only section of the website. • Provide advice on the incorporation of partner’s accounts and how they can develop their applications with feedback from SBRI staff (version control). • Provide advice on how other bespoke microsites could be incorporated into the website • Set up the agreed website infrastructure using a platform which can subsequently be managed in-house by Workforce & Organisational Development, Operational Service Managers and Communications team, for example using WordPress or a similar platform • Be able to link to PDFs • The website will be required to be bilingual (Welsh)
