The Welsh Government wishes to commission an organisation or organisations to develop and deliver a Further Education (FE) Resilience Programme that will support and challenge the Welsh FE sector. The programme will consist of a two part approach consisting of Individual ‘focussed’ reviews of each institution; alongside sector-wide support based on the outcome of the reviews. The programme will focus on three key areas of leadership (including governance and management); financial sustainability; and employer responsiveness.
