Abstract

North of England Commissioning Support are working for and on behalf of NHS England North (Yorkshire and the Humber) who wish to commission an Alternative Provider Medical Service for Market Hill 8 to 8 Health Centre. The contract term is to be 10 years with effect from 1.4.2018 to 31.3.2028, with an option to extend for a further 5 years at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and subject to satisfactory financial and contractual performance. However this period of contract could be subject to change to a 5 years contract term with effect from 1.4.2018 with no option to extend. Confirmation of the exact contract period is to follow.
