NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to establish a contract for Surveys of Ventilation (AHU).

The principle objective is to ensure that quarterly and annual surveys are completed, along with remedial repairs to to air handling units.

The requirement will be for the following sites (but is not limited to):

- University Hospital of Wales

- University Hospital Llandough

- Rookwood Hospital

- Barry Hospital

3. The Contracting Authority will not accept completed PQQ's and ITT's after the stated closing date.

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board will allow a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period between notifying the award decision and awarding the contract.
