In accordance with Reg 32(2)(a) negotiations were commenced with dignity caring funerals trading as Weyman Funeral Home due to the criticality of this service and the need to ensure continuous service provision.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
The Trust intends to enter into a contract on 25.10.2018 with dignity caring funerals trading as Weyman Funeral Home for provision of funeral services. A 10 day standstill period is being observed. Part 3 of the Regulations provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of Regulations to take legal action. Any such action must be started in the High Court within the applicable limitation period set out in Part 3. The purpose of the standstill period referred to above is to allow the parties to apply to the Courts to set aside the award decision before the contract is entered into.
