Children First Northamptonshire is setting up a framework agreement for the provision of supported accommodation services for looked after young people aged 16 – 18 years. The framework agreement is split into four (4) Lots:

Lot 1: Semi supported accommodation with 24-hour staffing (accommodation manager) and a minimum of 2 hours of 1:1 support per young person per week;

Lot 2: Semi independent accommodation (solo or shared) with 2 hours of 1:1 support per young person per week;

Lot 3: Standard additional support hours;

Lot 4: Specialist additional support hours.

Potential providers can tender for one, several or all lots; however if they are tendering for Lot 1 or 2, they have to tender for Lot 3. Potential providers can tender for Lot 3 and 4 only.

The framework is advertised under the light touch regime (LTR) and will therefore be re-opened at regular intervals. The Council expects the framework to re-open annually, but it may open at other intervals at its discretion.
