Title - Lost Peatlands of South Wales Project – Architectural Design and Site Investigation for a Classroom/Multi-purpose Space

Timescale: November 2019- end March 2020

The Countryside & Wildlife Team of Neath Port Talbot Council wish to contract a consultant to lead on architectural design and site investigation works for an exemplar and environmental sustainable classroom within the Lost Peatlands of South Wales Landscape. The design is intended to be developed with local communities to ensure it meets their needs. The construction of the building designed will be dependent upon securing further funding.

This contract is part of a 1 year project, ‘Lost Peatland of South Wales’, started end-July 2019 with this contract starting November 2019 and completed end March 2020. The successful consultant will work alongside the Project Team in delivering the project acting under supervision of the Project Manager.

The Council Countryside & Wildlife Team are looking for a suitable contractor to deliver the above project and are therefore inviting quotations.

Deadline for receipt of quotation is 14:00 on 4th November 2019.
