Langstane Housing Association is seeking bids from suitably qualified organisations to undertake a comprehensive contract which shall ensure the Association is compliant within the realms of relevant legislation for the servicing and maintenance of domestic and commercial boilers gas boilers. The work comprises of the following:

— annual gas servicing,

— reactive maintenance to gas central heating installations,

— ad-hoc installations of gas boilers,

— responsive maintenance to air source heat pumps,

— servicing of air source heat pumps,

— responsive maintenance to commercial heating systems inclusive of boiler plants,

— servicing of commercial heating systems,

— out of hours emergency call out service.

All works will be carried out within the Associations void and occupied properties.
