The works were to carry out refurbishment works externally which would have prevented ingress into the building through the rooflights and masonry elevation. The form of Contract for this Scheme is the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract, Option A: Priced Contract with Activity Schedule, June 2017. Conditions of Contract were the core clauses for main Option A, dispute resolution Option W2 and secondary Options X2, X4, X7, X13, X15, X16, X20 Y(UK)2 and Z Clauses.
