2.04 Linc is seeking to appoint internal auditors who are committed to providing high quality, responsive, pragmatic and cost-effective services. Our selection criteria will therefore be based on expertise, cost, range of services and delivery. We are therefore asking firms to demonstrate:
- Value-for-Money
- Skills and expertise in the relevant area(s)
- Significant housing association experience
- Knowledge of the issues facing Welsh Registered Social Landlords
- High standards of client care with good ongoing communication and mechanisms for timely and responsive delivery
- The range of services provided and cross team working
- A positive approach to equalities and diversity, including the Welsh language
- Proactive approach to keeping the Group informed of relevant issues affecting it.
