This is a collaborative procurement involving five Housing Associations (‘HAs’) in South Wales, the (‘Contracting Authorities’). The HAs working together on this project are Bron Afon Community Housing, Merthyr Valley Homes, NPT Homes, Pobl Group and Valleys to Coast with Bron Afon Community Housing acting as the lead organisation.
Interested Tendering Organisations should note that together the Contacting Authorities operational area extends across the majority of the South Wales region and into England with a range from Pembrokeshire in the West into Gloucestershire in the East.
