II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council are seeking to appoint suitably qualified service providers to deliver the provision of early intervention and prevention services for children, young people and families.
It is proposed that the Tender will be divided into lots, however, at present details of the lots have not been determined.
Bidders will be able to bid for one or a multiple of lots.
It is proposed that the procurement will commence in October 2017 and the services will commence on 1st April 2018. The contract period is to be determined.
The Services will be subject to Welsh Government Grant Funding (Family’s First Grant).
