Notice Cancelled
This notice has been cancelled. The original deadline date of 30/06/2016 is no longer applicable.

There are a number of factors that have influenced this decision, including a requirement to re-visit the specification to ensure it is fit for purpose for some Lots, and the fact that too much time has elapsed since this invitation to tender was issued, which would render any award non-compliant.
