Abstract
Commercial Strategy Development, Business Planning, Options Appraisal, and Consultation.
We are seeking to appoint a suitable provider, with expertise in commercialisation of cultural, heritage and arts organisations, including business planning and options appraisal, to establish a commercial strategy for the Wales Broadcast Archive on behalf of the National Library of Wales. The commercial strategy will focus on maximising the Wales Broadcast Archive's revenue-generating potential while preserving its integrity and ensuring its accessibility to the public.

Commercial Strategy Development, Business Planning, Options Appraisal, and Consultation.
We are seeking to appoint a suitable provider, with expertise in commercialisation of cultural, heritage and arts organisations, including business planning and options appraisal, to establish a commercial strategy for the Wales Broadcast Archive on behalf of the National Library of Wales. The commercial strategy will focus on maximising the Wales Broadcast Archive's revenue-generating potential while preserving its integrity and ensuring its accessibility to the public.
