Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) is seeking an innovative regeneration partner, who is able to bring a wealth of experience from within Coventry and Warwickshire or comparable urban regeneration expertise, to bring forward creative regeneration and development proposals. The Council as contracting authority wishes to appoint a regeneration partner who will work with the Council and its partners to deliver the regeneration of the Abbey St quarter in Nuneaton Town Centre. The Council is undertaking a competitive dialogue process with successive stages. The aim of the dialogue process is to enable the applicants and the Commissioners to bring together their individual knowledge and expertise to develop a solution that can meet the needs of the population in Warwickshire. The Council reserves the right to increase or reduce the number of dialogue stages as required to achieve the best outcome for the Council.
