Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are inviting tenderers to submit a tender in response to this invitation to tender for the provision of payroll services. The procurement has been divided into three (3) lots:
Lot 1: payroll services (including software system) – full scope;
Lot 2: payroll services (including software system) – reduced scope;
Lot 3: payroll system only. The Council is the primary client for this contract, however the scope of the services extends to also cover elections payroll and Nuneaton and Bedworth Community Enterprises Ltd (NABCEL) – a local authority trading arm wholly owned by the Council.
