Abstract

Our Client, Transport for Wales has instructed us to market the Cardiff Bus Interchange located in Cardiff City Centres Central Square development. The opportunity is being tendered to the open market under an informal tender process. The Cardiff Bus Interchange is a purpose built bus station with 14 bays. The site has been strategically chosen to sit alongside Cardiff Central Train Station to promote a comprehensive intermodal travel network. The interchange has 5 commercial units ranging from 925 sq ft to 1,991 sq ft. Unit C can be combined to form a larger floor area if required. Full details of the opportunities can be found in the Cardiff Bus Interchange Marketing Brochure and accompanying documentation. The current aim is for an operational opening date of December 2023. The units are being offered on a new lease for a term of 10 years with 3 yearly rent reviews. The lease will be excluded from the security of tenure provisions of the 1954 Landlord and Tenant Act.
