Grounds maintenance services. grounds maintenance and arboricultural works throughout the Borough of Stafford including within general housing estates, communal grounds and sheltered accommodation.

The contract value is estimated at between 250,000 GBP and 350,000 GBP (inc. VAT) per annum and the initial contract duration is for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend twice by a further one year – giving a potential overall duration of 5 years. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in December 2013 and the Contract Start date will be on the 3.2.2014.
