Abstract

Wrexham County Borough Council wishes to appoint a childcare provider who will undertake the lease of a new build at Garth School, Wrexham. The provider will deliver a provision of wrap around childcare for Dee Valley Federation schools to include collection of children from the school cluster to enable them to attend wrap around provision. The provider must be able to deliver a sustainable business model and be able to deliver additional childcare services outside of what is described during school holidays or weekends to achieve sustainability.

• maintain registration with CIW

• meet CIW regulations and be inspected by CIW for Quality Assurance purposes.

• inform the Childcare Lead of any notifications that may impact upon CIW registration or be in breach of CIW and NMS regulations.

• be a member of Information Commissioners Office (ICO)

• hold valid insurances
