3 Conditions for Participation

3.1 Minimum standards and qualification required

Newport City Council have a requirement to pay for the goods by the 31st March 2024, therefore all equipment will need to be delivered by this date.

Confirmation that the organisation has the ability to successfully provide all the equipment detailed within ITT Volume 2 with no omissions from the specification.
