Abstract

Cwmpas is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a piece of research, specific to Wales, to explore the understanding of digital inclusion in the private sector, with specific emphasis on small businesses but also to give consideration to larger indigenous Welsh businesses. The area of enquiry for this research is: how is digital exclusion and the potential lack of digital skills impacting on small businesses, their staff, and their customers?
