Cytundeb ar gyfer darparu fframwaith gwaith adeiladu ar gyfer prosiectau sydd werth rhwng £50,000 a £300,000. Mae Heddlu Gogledd Cymru yn ceisio gofyn am wasanaethau contractwyr adeiladu er mwyn cynnal gwaith adeiladu gwerth rhwng £50,000 a £300,000 ar Stad Heddlu Gogledd Cymru a Gwasanaethau Tân ac Achub Gogledd Cymru. Bydd hyn ar ffurf cytundeb fframwaith a bydd yn cael ei ddyfarnu i nifer lluosog o gontractwyr. Yn ei dro, byddwn yn cynnal cystadlaethau bach neu wobrau uniongyrchol am brosiectau penodol sy'n codi drwy hyd y cytundeb. Y gwariant arfaethedig blynyddol wedi ei rannu dros swydd benodol ydy £750,000. Mae'r cytundeb yn debygol o ddechrau oddeutu 11 Mai 2023 a bydd yn parhau am gyfnod o 2 flynedd gyda'r dewis i'w ymestyn am 3 blynedd ychwanegol bob 12 mis. Contract for the provision of Constructions Works Framework for Projects between £50,000 and £300,000 Value. North Wales Police seek to require the services of building contractors to carrying out construction work valued between £50,000 and £300,000 on the North Wales Police & North Wales Fire & Rescue Services Estate. This will be in the form of a framework agreement and will be awarded to a multiple number of contractors and in turn we will conduct mini-competitions or direct awards for specific projects that arise through the length of the contract. Envisaged yearly annual expenditure split across specific job approximately £750,000. The contract is likely to commence around the 11th of May 2023 and will run for a period of 2 year with the option to extend by a further 3 years in 12 monthly periods.
