Using this website

This website is run by Proactis. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts
  • zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
  • navigate most of the website using just a keyboard.
  • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software.
  • use most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

  • Several controls on Buyer search and search for notices do not change appearance when they are selected.  This fails success criteria WCAG AA 1.4.10. We plan to resolve the issue by April 2026.
  • Search for notices page has linking to anchors that do not exist. This fails success criteria WCAG AA 1.4.1. We plan to resolve the issue by April 2026.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 20th February 2023 to replace the previous accessibility statement. The statement was last reviewed on the 8th September 2025 date.

 

How we tested the website

This website was last tested on the 8th September 2025. The test was carried out by Proactis on the 1st September 2025. Proactis used Silktide Desktop to scan our pages for compliancy to level AA and AAA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Version 2.2. The scan included a combination of core pages, commonly used templates and complex templates.
