Description:

Life Sciences Hub Wales requires that its offices are maintained at an acceptable standard of cleanliness to ensure hygienic working conditions and to support a safe working environment. As such, Life Sciences Hub Wales seeks to procure Office Cleaning Services for its office in Cardiff. Office Cleaning Services are required Monday to Friday, two hours daily between the hours of 17:00 to 05:00, for a total of ten hours (x10) per week. However, at Life Sciences Hub Wales’s sole discretion, flexibility outside of these hours may be required. The office consists of one large meeting room (Board Room), one mid-size meeting room (Media Room), three small meeting rooms (Meeting Rooms 1 to 3), a kitchen area, a conference area, a main office area and connecting breakout areas and walkways. The overall floor size is circa. 7,500 sq. ft. The successful Supplier must provide the full extent of the Life Sciences Hub Wales Office Cleaning Services requirement, as well as providing ongoing service provision as necessary to ensure continuity of the expected level of quality and service. As well as cleaning the requirement also includes other tasks such as setting up tables and chairs in the conference area by request. The successful Supplier must complete these additional tasks within the weekly ten hours’ service provision. The full Specification is provided within the Invitation to Tender document.
