Description:: The services to be provided under the contract are shared support services for individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism support needs in day and work opportunity settings. The day service element is delivered from Hwb Cyfle, a purpose build day service centre based in Queensferry which opened in 2019 to replace the former Glanrafon day centre. Work opportunities services are delivered from five further sites and the supported employment teamwork with individuals to support them accessing volunteering and internship roles to gain sustainable, paid employment.
